How billing works
Sheetella is sold as a subscription per plan, billed monthly or yearly in advance. Your plan sets how many ad accounts you can connect, how many data pulls you can run each month and how many users are included. Installing the add-on from Google Workspace Marketplace is free; you are never charged to install.
Who sells and invoices
Payments will be processed by [Merchant of Record — to be confirmed], acting as Merchant of Record. The Merchant of Record handles payment, sales tax/VAT collection and invoicing; Optimect ([Optimect legal entity name]) provides the service. Card details are entered on the provider's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by Sheetella.
- Accepted methods (planned): major credit and debit cards; additional local methods as supported by the provider.
- Currency: USD. Your bank may apply its own conversion fees.
Free trial
Self-serve plans start with a 14-day free trial. We will remind you before the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged.
Prices and taxes
Headline prices are the total you pay, including applicable taxes and mandatory fees — there is no drip pricing. Annual billing charges 10 months for 12 months of service. Current draft prices are on the pricing page.
Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. If a price changes, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
Upgrades and downgrades
- Upgrades take effect immediately; you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the period.
- Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. If your usage exceeds the lower plan, schedules may pause until usage fits.
- Add-ons (pull packs, account packs, extra users) are charged when added and renew with your plan unless removed.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, your subscription enters a 7-day grace period. Sheetella keeps working while the provider retries the charge and you receive email reminders. After the grace period, the subscription becomes past due and new data pulls pause. Your sheets and saved reports are not deleted.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal or by emailing us; access continues until the end of the paid period. New subscriptions have a 14-day right to cancel. Full details are in Refunds & cancellation.
Invoices and receipts
The Merchant of Record emails a receipt for every charge and provides VAT invoices where applicable. You can add a company name, address and tax ID at checkout.
