What there is to delete
Sheetella does not keep a separate database of your report data. What exists is: report rows in your sheets, saved reports and templates plus your Meta connection in your Apps Script user storage, and the permissions you granted to Google and Meta. See the Privacy policy for the full list.
1 · Delete saved reports and templates
- Open the spreadsheet and choose Extensions → Sheetella → Open Sheetella.
- Open the Saved view and choose Delete on each report. Repeat in each spreadsheet where you saved reports.
- In Report template → Saved report templates, select each personal template and choose Delete.
Deleting a scheduled report also stops its schedule; when no schedules remain, Sheetella removes your hourly trigger.
2 · Remove the Meta connection
- On Facebook, open Settings → Business integrations.
- Find Sheetella and choose Remove. Meta immediately invalidates the access token Sheetella stored for you.
The invalid token string remains in your Apps Script user storage until it is overwritten or deleted; it can no longer access Meta. A one-click "Disconnect and delete my Sheetella data" option is planned for the sidebar — until then, we can walk you through removing it (see below).
3 · Revoke Google access
- Open Google Account → Third-party apps & services.
- Select Sheetella and choose Delete all connections (or Remove access).
4 · Uninstall the add-on
In Google Sheets choose Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons, open the Sheetella menu and choose Uninstall. Workspace administrators can remove an Admin install from the Google Admin console.
5 · Data in your sheets
Report rows already written to your spreadsheets belong to you. Delete the ranges, tabs or files in Google Sheets or Drive as you would any other data.
