Draft

This document is a pre-launch draft for review. Highlighted values in [brackets] are placeholders that will be confirmed before Sheetella opens to the public. It is not yet legal advice or a final offer.

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and [Optimect legal entity name], [Registered street address], İstanbul, Türkiye ("Optimect", "we"). By installing or using Sheetella you accept them. If you use Sheetella for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it. Our Privacy policy, Billing & payment, License & usage and Refunds & cancellation pages form part of these Terms.

2. The service

Sheetella is a Google Sheets Editor Add-on that retrieves advertising report data from Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts you authorise and writes it into Google Sheets you choose, on demand or on a schedule. Features are described on this website; roadmap items are plans, not commitments.

3. Your accounts and authorisations

  • You must have the right to access every Google Ads and Meta account, and every spreadsheet, you use with Sheetella.
  • You are responsible for activity under your Google account and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You can revoke Sheetella's access at any time from your Google and Meta account settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Sheetella to break the law or the terms of Google, Meta or Google Workspace Marketplace;
  • access accounts or data you are not authorised to access;
  • circumvent usage limits, share a single user between several people, or overload the service or the platforms' APIs;
  • reverse engineer the add-on except where the law allows it, or resell raw advertising data obtained through Sheetella as a standalone product.

5. Third-party platforms

Sheetella depends on Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, the Google Ads API and the Meta Marketing API. Their availability, quotas, fields and metric definitions are controlled by those providers and can change. Reported numbers come from the platforms; differences between platform interfaces and API results (for example attribution settings, time zones or data freshness) are not errors in Sheetella. Google and Meta are not parties to these Terms and do not endorse Sheetella.

6. Plans, payment and renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our Merchant of Record [Merchant of Record — to be confirmed]. Prices shown are total prices. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled; we give at least 30 days' notice of price changes. Plan limits are described in License & usage.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. New subscriptions have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. Refund rules are in Refunds & cancellation.

8. Beta features

Sheetella v1 is offered as a private beta. Beta features may change, be limited or be removed, are provided free of charge unless stated otherwise, and are provided "as is". Please don't rely on beta features as your only copy of critical reporting.

9. Your data

You keep all rights to your advertising data and spreadsheets. You give us permission to access and process them only to provide Sheetella to you, as described in the Privacy policy.

10. Intellectual property

Sheetella, its code, design and brand belong to Optimect. Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the add-on. Feedback you send may be used to improve Sheetella without obligation to you.

11. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or exact schedule timing; scheduled runs are checked hourly and may start up to about 60 minutes after the selected time. We may update Sheetella and these Terms; material changes to the Terms will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Sheetella and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law or by a platform provider — with notice where reasonably possible. Data already written to your sheets is not affected.

13. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Sheetella is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or that results will match platform interfaces. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for Sheetella in that period. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of İstanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
